    Motion blur photo
    Here is some kind of short tutorial what can you do with Motion blur filter in Adobe Photoshop. This first pic is start. Than, open Filter-Blur-Motion blur. There you can chose Angle and Distance. Play with it. In top part you have Preview, but you can preview picture right away, so you can see. When you're done, just click OK and save the picture. If you want to back, on Undo you can do that, too.
